It's time for a book review

Title:The Predator

Author: K.A.Applegate

Story line:The predator is about a boy named Marco who turned into a gorilla and saved an old man.

The words in the book were just right.
What i like best: when Marco saved an old man from three bad guys.
What i didn't like:When the three bad guys were stealing from the old man.
The book was interesting.

Duffy Theatre

Yesterday we had a Duffy Assembly after morning tea. Before we got there we saw one boy and two girls.The boy’s name was Duffy and the girls’ names were Maleficent and Zelda.They were performing a show called Duffy Theatre. When it started there was a girl named Global girl and when Duffy met her he didn't know she was a superhero.Global girl asked Duffy if he  wanted to go on a mission and Duffy agreed.They went to the desert and global girl made a mistake.She made a rose and put it in the desert and it faded because it couldn’t protect itself because of the hot sun. They talked about pollution and keeping the oceans clean. It was a cool assembly!

Making paper

This week we read about how primary school students  made paper from pieces of used paper.

What i learned from this article is the list of items they needed to make paper and the steps to make the paper. They used the paper they made to write cards and letters.I think what they made

was very interesting to make and very easy. My reading group is going to attempt to make paper.
